6. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through the Karnavati International School CBSE website and authorized payment channels.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate fee payment made for the same installment.
• Payment deducted but transaction failed due to technical error.
• Excess amount paid accidentally.
• Admission cancelled as per the School's written cancellation policy.
• Fee paid in advance for an academic year but the student withdraws before the academic session starts, subject to School rules.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Admission Fees.
• Registration Fees.
• Prospectus Fees.
• Examination Fees once registered.
• Transport Fees after route allocation.
• Annual Fees and Development Charges.
• Late Fees or Penalties.
• Fees paid after the academic session has started unless approved by the School Management.

Refund Process

To request a refund, a written application must be submitted to the School Accounts Department along with the following details:

• Student Name
• Class & Section
• Admission Number
• Transaction ID
• Payment Receipt Copy
• Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the payment date.

Refund Approval Process

All refund requests are reviewed by the School Management. Approval is subject to the School's fee policy and applicable rules. The decision of the School Management shall be final and binding.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

The School reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date.
